Instructions:
For best results, dry brush once a day on dry skin just before a shower. Your entire dry brushing experience should take between 2-4 minutes. Dry brush in long, fluid sweeps on limbs in directions toward your torso. Start from toes and fingertips, moving upward and inward. Use in a circular motion on your torso and back. Lighten pressure as needed, based on sensitivity.
PLEASE NOTE: Aggressive exfoliation can damage the skin. Use your best judgment. Do not dry brush on cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores, burned skin/sunburned skin, or other types of open wounds. Not intended for use on your face. For those with inflammatory or serious skin conditions, or if any concerning skin changes are noticed, consult with your doctor or dermatologist before use.
Who Can Benefit
Dry brushing helps relax the body and mind. Further benefits include skin exfoliation, improved circulation, reduced cellulite appearance, lymphatic drainage, and pore cleansing.
Where Does It Work Best
Dry brushing is most effective on areas with thicker skin, such as the legs, arms, and back, where you can apply more pressure. The technique involves brushing upwards, towards the heart and lymph nodes, beginning at the feet and progressing towards the armpits and groin. However, it’s important to use a gentler touch on delicate areas like the chest and face.

What is Dry Brushing? What are the Benefits of Dry Brushing?
What is dry brushing and what does the Dry Brush do?
Dry brushing is brushing the skin with natural bristles before you shower or bathe. The Tiger Tail brush is designed to work on both skin and fascia, so it exfoliates and renews the skin while also giving a light massage that supports lymphatic movement.
What are the benefits?
The natural bristles gently remove dry skin and unclog pores for a softer, more radiant complexion, while the brushing motion massages tight connective tissue, stimulates blood circulation, energises skin cells and helps the body relax.
How do I use it?
Use it on dry skin and brush in long strokes towards the heart, working from the feet and hands inwards. Keep the pressure light and comfortable rather than scrubbing.
How often should I dry brush?
Most people start with a couple of sessions a week and build up as their skin adjusts. If your skin feels irritated, reduce the pressure or the frequency.
How do I look after the brush?
Keep it dry, tap out loose skin after each use and let it air out. Avoid soaking natural bristles.
Should I check with a doctor first?
Yes. Before beginning any type of massage therapy or treatment, seek the advice of a physician, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a medical condition.
