Adductor Magnus
Muscle knots in the Adductor Magnus are located deep in the inner thigh, spanning from the pubic bone and ischial tuberosity to the femur, making it one of the largest and most powerful adductor muscles. These muscle knots can refer pain to the groin, medial thigh, inner knee, and even the lower buttock, often mimicking hamstring strains, hip joint issues, or sciatic nerve pain and intrapelvic pain. You may feel a deep, diffuse ache that worsens with walking, squatting, or prolonged sitting, especially after intense lower-body activity or side-to-side movements.
