General Policies

To qualify for participation, your website and/or social media properties:

  • Must be publicly accessible and active at the time of application.

  • Must provide original, value-added content such as product reviews, educational articles, buying guides, training resources, or product comparisons.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and reputation.

 Additionally:

  • Content must not contain or promote illegal, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or offensive material.
  • Affiliates may not utilize spyware, malware, adware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or similar practices.
  • Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited commercial email activities or other prohibited marketing techniques.
  • Tiger Tail USA reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at its sole discretion.
  • Content produced by Affiliate and submitted to Tiger Tail USA may include the likeness of Affiliate and/or Affiliate’s representatives or agents.
  • Affiliate and/or Affiliate’s representatives or agents’ likenesses may be captured in photographs, videos, or other visual media during production of Content.
  • Affiliate grants Tiger Tail USA an irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right and license to utilize, adapt, modify, or reproduce, such likenesses for promotional, educational, informational, advertising, or commercial materials and communications in any form now known or later developed, including but not limited to publications, websites, third-party partner websites, articles, brochures, sales materials, videos, social media, training programs, and advertisements, for the purpose of selling Tiger Tail USA products and promoting Tiger Tail USA business to its customers.
  • Tiger Tail USA’s use of Affiliate’s likeness shall be limited to materials that directly promote the Tiger Tail USA’s products and/or services.
  • Tiger Tail USA agrees not to use Affiliate’s likeness in connection with content that could reasonably be considered defamatory, controversial, or unrelated to the Tiger Tail USA’s core business without obtaining prior written consent.

Affiliates may not:

  • Represent themselves as Tiger Tail USA.
  • Create social media profiles impersonating or appearing to be official Tiger Tail channels.
  • Use Tiger Tail trademarks in a misleading manner.
  • Make inaccurate claims regarding Tiger Tail products or company policies.

Affiliates may not register or operate domain names that include:

  • “Tiger Tail”
  • “TigerTail”
  • “Tiger Tail USA”
  • Common misspellings or confusingly similar variations
  • Trademarked Tiger Tail product names

This restriction applies to domains, subdomains, and social media handles.

Affiliates may not:

  • Bid on “Tiger Tail,” “TigerTail,” “Tiger Tail USA,” or any Tiger Tail trademarked terms in pay-per-click advertising.
  • Bid on misspellings or variants of Tiger Tail trademarks.
  • Use Tiger Tail trademarks in ad copy.
  • Direct-link paid advertisements directly to TigerTailUSA.com.

Affiliates may promote Tiger Tail through non-branded, generic keywords relevant to muscle recovery, massage sticks, pain relief, self-myofascial release, acupressure tools, foam rollers, trigger point therapy, mobility, and wellness.

Affiliates agree to:

  • Display accurate and current pricing.
  • Use only approved promotional messaging.
  • Refrain from advertising discounts or savings not currently offered by Tiger Tail.
  • Update content promptly when products, pricing, or promotions change.

Affiliates may only display:

  • Coupon codes officially provided through AvantLink or directly approved by Tiger Tail USA.

Affiliates may not:

  • Publish unauthorized coupon codes.
  • Promote expired offers.
  • Misrepresent promotions or create misleading discount claims.

Affiliates may not submit Tiger Tail product data to comparison shopping engines, marketplaces, or third-party aggregation sites without prior written approval from Tiger Tail.

All Tiger Tail logos, product images, trademarks, videos, and marketing materials remain the property of Tiger Tail USA.

Affiliates agree to:

  • Use only approved creative assets.
  • Keep logos and product imagery current.
  • Remove outdated materials promptly upon request.

Any violation of these terms may result in:

  • Reversal of commissions
  • Affiliate account suspension
  • Affiliate account termination
  • Removal from the Tiger Tail Affiliate Program
