Brachioradialis
Muscle knots in the Brachioradialis are located on the lateral side of the forearm, running from the outer humerus near the elbow down to the radial side of the wrist. These muscle knots can refer pain to the outer elbow, forearm, and even into the back of the hand near the web space between the thumb and index finger, often mimicking tennis elbow or radial nerve entrapment. You may feel aching, burning, or weakness during gripping, twisting, or lifting tasks—like using a screwdriver, shaking hands, or holding a cup.
