Muscle knots in the Anterior Deltoid are usually found near the front of the shoulder, close to where the muscle meets the upper chest. These muscle knots can refer pain to the front of the shoulder and sometimes down into the biceps area, making it feel sore or tight when reaching forward or lifting. You might feel discomfort that can feel like a deep ache or even mimic joint pain.
