Sartorius
Muscle knots in the Sartorius are usually found along its long, thin path that runs diagonally from the front of the hip (anterior superior iliac spine) down to the inner side of the knee. These muscle knots often refer pain to the groin, inner thigh, and medial knee, and can feel sharp or burning, especially during movements like crossing the legs or climbing stairs. You may also notice numbness or tingling in the front and side of the thigh, making everyday activities like walking or sitting cross-legged uncomfortable.
