Elevate Your Skin and Body with Therapeutic Dry Brushing. Our Therapeutic Dry Brush is more than just a beauty tool. It’s a holistic approach to wellness that targets your skin, fascia, and lymphatic system.

  • Skin: Smooths, exfoliates, and softens your skin. Unclogs and revitalizes pores for a radiant complexion.
  • Fascia: Reduces stress and tension by releasing tight fascia, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
  • Lymphatic System: Stimulates blood circulation, boosting your immune system and aiding in detoxification.

Instructions:

For best results, dry brush once a day on dry skin just before a shower. Your entire dry brushing experience should take between 2-4 minutes. Dry brush in long, fluid sweeps on limbs in directions toward your torso. Start from toes and fingertips, moving upward and inward. Use in a circular motion on your torso and back. Lighten pressure as needed, based on sensitivity.

PLEASE NOTE: Aggressive exfoliation can damage the skin. Use your best judgement. Do not dry brush on cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores, burned skin/sun burned skin, or other types of open wounds. Not intended for use on your face. For those with inflammatory or serious skin conditions, or if any concerning skin changes are noticed, consult with your doctor or dermatologist before use.

Who Can Benefit

Some people believe dry brushing helps the body eliminate toxins and promotes relaxation. It’s also thought to offer several skin benefits, such as exfoliation, improved circulation, reduced cellulite appearance, lymphatic drainage, and pore cleansing.

Where Does It Work Best

Dry brushing is most effective on areas with thicker skin, such as the legs, arms, and back, where you can apply more pressure. The technique involves brushing upwards, towards the heart and lymph nodes, beginning at the feet and progressing towards the armpits and groin. However, it’s important to use a gentler touch on delicate areas like the chest and face.
