Spring Faussett
President and Founder of Tiger Tail
Spring Faussett is an American entrepreneur, businesswoman and inventor best known for founding Tiger Tail USA in 2006, a pioneer in the muscle recovery category. Faussett invented the famous orange and black Tiger Tail hand-held foam roller massage stick with only $250 and built the first 20,000 in her garage.
A lifelong athlete, Faussett swam competitively and played Division I soccer at Washington State University. Her own physical therapy and recovery through various injuries grew her passion to help people solve pain problems and has added more than 15 patents and inventions to Faussett’s library of intellectual property.
Faussett’s innovative products have revolutionized muscle recovery and quickly became staples in training rooms all over the world. Faussett’s savvy strategies for branding, communication, promotions, and public relations have propelled Tiger Tail USA to success with an ability to scale for growth.
Faussett is an award-winning author, was a journalist for the Evergreen Daily Newspaper and authored the book Happy Muscles®—Fast: a Self-Help Guide to Un-Knot Your Pain, which has sold thousands of copies worldwide. Faussett earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Washington State University. Faussett holds multiple Business Certificates from Harvard University and the University of Washington. She also studied engineering, physics, chemistry and biology for two and a half years.
