Travel with Tiger Tail

It never fails to amuse me when I have to explain to a TSA agent at the airport what exactly the black and orange stick is that I carry around in my bag.   Sometimes they just wave me off and smile and other times they look at it and try to figure out If it is actually some medieval torture device.  Regardless, I always have a smile on my face as I leave them with the comment “I use it to cause myself pain to make my muscles happy!”

For the last several years, no matter where I have been in the world, I had either “The Roadster” or “The Classic” at close hand.  My TigerTail has followed me to Afghanistan, the beaches of Kuwait, and all over the US attending races and relieving the aches and pains that came as the result of my muscle knots.  Regardless of the race, there was always a TigerTail in my running bag!

My long distance running has increased tremendously over the last few years and was amazed when I realized that a lot of the pain that I was experiencing was actually the result of the muscle knots that were riddling my legs, back, and shoulders!   As I began to use my TigerTail more frequently, and more CONSISTENTLY, I quickly began to notice that a lot of those knots in my muscles began to be reduced!  Even better, a lot of the pain ALSO went away!  While taking the pain away is GREAT, what is even better is that the need for pain killers went away as well!

Once the benefits of rolling consistently were realized, my TigerTail has never left my side nor will it!   TigerTail has allowed me to achieve amazing results on my running, reach new distances, and more importantly; provide me with HAPPY MUSCLES to allow me to keep going!

The happy muscles brought on as a result of my TigerTail has allowed me to run nearly 2100 mi so far this year, compete in several ultramarathons, and dozens of shorter races.  The best part is, TigerTail has helped me do this injury free!

I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!
