I started coming up with inventions at 12 years old. Little did I know that tearing my ACL would lead me to my next invention. After surgery, my physical therapist recommended I use a foam roller or rolling pin to reduce the pain and help me recover. The problem? I couldn’t get
on the ground.
A visit to The Home Depot® and $250 later, the first Tiger Tail was born. When I created 125 and sold out at a local expo, I knew I was on to something. I continued to build, sell, and repeat, ultimately making the first 20,000 Tiger Tail rollers in my
garage. When I wasn’t able to keep up with the demand, I hired a stellar manufacturing team here in the US who still uses the original production process.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
How do I return an item?
To return an item:
- Pack the item securely in the original package if possible
- Enclose the bottom portion of your packing slip with the return
- Prepay all return shipping charges (we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries)

- We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Will I be refunded for shipping costs?
Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error. Your refund will be posted to the original credit card within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

What warranty do Tiger Tail products have?
Most Tiger Tail products are covered by a 3-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. We also offer a 30-day full refund from the date of purchase; after that, we provide replacements for all warranty claims.
What about electric/battery-operated products?
Electric and battery-operated products (such as massage guns) are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover cosmetic damage, acts of God, accidents, negligence, abuse, theft, misuse, normal wear and tear, modifications, improper care or maintenance, or repairs by anyone other than our warranty service center.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Return the product to our warranty service center in secure packaging along with:
