$29.99

The Tiger Ball Peanut 2.4 – Foam Roller Peanut is a powerful tool for deep tissue muscle massage. Its patent-pending design offers even, controlled pressure, while “Gription” ensures a comfortable grip on muscles. The silicone surface prevents slipping, making it easier to keep in place while sustaining necessary pressure on muscle areas. With two 2.4-inch diameter balls, the peanut-shaped groove allows for precise spinal massage, avoiding direct compression on the spine.

What is the Tiger Ball Peanut 2.4?

It is a small peanut-shaped foam roller made of two 2.4" diameter balls joined by a groove, designed for deep tissue massage with even, controlled pressure.

What is the groove in the middle for?

The groove straddles your spine, so when you lie back on it the two balls work the muscles either side of the spine rather than pressing on the spine itself.

Will it slide around?

No. The silicone surface prevents slipping, which makes it easier to hold position and keep steady pressure on the muscle, and the firm design does not flatten.

How do I choose between the Tiger Ball sizes?

The Tiger Ball 1.7 on a rope is the smallest and suits feet and other small muscles. The Tiger Ball 2.6 on a rope is the easiest one for reaching your own back, shoulders and neck against a wall. The Tiger Ball 5.0 has a 5" surface for larger muscle groups such as hips, hamstrings, glutes and back. The Peanut 2.4 and Peanut 4.4 have a centre groove that straddles the spine. The Tiger Ball ICE adds cold therapy with a stainless steel rolling ball.

Can I use it against a wall?

Yes. It is safe to use against a wall or on the floor, and Gription keeps it gripped to the surface while you work.

Should I check with a doctor first?

Yes. Before beginning any type of massage therapy or treatment, seek the advice of a physician, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a medical condition.
